- Laminated glass is loaded on the vertical conveyors then robot trims the PVB/SG on the edges and sucks stripes with vacuum system

GANTRY LOADER/UNLOADER AND STOCK SELECTOR

- Gantry system is combined to our conveyor table with motorized tilting arms
- Gantry moves on high speed motorized railing system; lifting and lowering by means of motorized system with chain; tilting system by means of motorized system
- Each suction cups has individual miniejector system that enables to pick all different glass sizes and even shapes without any adjustment
- Suction cups with automatic valve to ensure vacuum circuit capability for few minutes even in case of air or electric failure
- Tandem capability enable to pick simoultaneously two glass side by side (glass should have the same thickness and max max lenght of 3.500 mm)
- Available: motorized moveable racking system for continous loadign/unloading
